We were looking for a new AC unit and a new furnace . After looking a several companies we found that 1st Air had the best products for a competitive price.
Our sales rep, Nathan, was very helpful in choosing the right products for our house and for informing us about several rebates that were available. He started the process with the rebates program, and from the time we chose to go with f1st Air to installation, was two weeks.
The installation guys were here promptly and stayed until and were very accommodating, dealing with us and a 100 yr old house.
The new units are smaller and seems quieter and we look forward to seeing the savings on our utility bill!

I brought a house recently, suddenly the thermostat screen went blank. I didn’t know how to fix it. So, I was calling random number to get some help, suddenly a guy named Fred called me asked me if I have issue with my furnace and so I explained him the issue. I got quotes from several other installers (including the big box stores). They all quoted me in the $2800 to $4500 range and I finally went with 1st Air. These guys turned out to be the better choice. Met with one of the sales agents, and they installed it the next day. Installation was quick (less than 2hrs) and the guys were professional. Customer service was great too when I inquired about the coil’s model and serial number in order to register my units for the warranty. Best money I’ve ever spent. No regrets.
