2-SEER Values
Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) is a cooling efficiency rating for air conditioners. The higher the SEER, the less electricity your air conditioner needs to cool your home. Higher SEER numbers indicate higher efficiency. The minimum SEER rating is 13 and the maximum is 21 SEER.
3-Installation distance/location
Before buying an Air Conditioner, consider where the outdoor unit will be placed. It is really important to talk with an HVAC technician to discuss the location where the unit will be placed. The heating & cooling professional will be able to give you the best option in terms of location and performance. The unit location will influence in the unit performance, the longer the distance between the indoor and the outdoor unit, the lower the performance of the system.
