Home Energy Conservation Program is delivered by Enbridge Gas Distribution in partnership with the Government of Ontario and Save On Energy.
Heating system
- Up to $1,000 for replacing a furnace for a 95% or higher AFUE condensing natural gas, propane or oil furnace.
How the process works
- Have an energy audit performed by a registered auditor
- Choose your home energy upgrades
- Contact your Registered Energy Advisor to complete your post-energy audit
- Apply for your rebate (1st Air can help you)

Save Up to $850 On Energy Efficient Air Conditioners and Furnaces
Upgrade to more energy-efficient heating and cooling equipment with the following rebates:
- $250 to replace an old furnace with a high-efficiency furnace equipped with an electronically commutated motor.
- Up to $600 to purchase and install new ENERGY STAR® certified central air conditioning systems that meet specific efficiency ratings.

Please note: To qualify for an Enbridge Rebate, you must be replacing a mid-efficiency furnace & a pre- and a post-installation Energy Audit must and will be arranged with a Certified Energy Advisor.
